I had an amazing time at this luxurious hotel. The location was perfect, nestled in the middle of the jungle, providing a peaceful and tranquil atmosphere. The rooftop pools were a highlight, offering breathtaking views and a great spot to relax and watch the sunset. The rooms were spacious, clean, and beautifully designed, truly providing enhanced comfort during my stay. The service was top-notch, with the staff, especially Charly, being friendly, helpful. They even went above and beyond by walking me to the nearest local supermarket and taco stand when I arrived late without a car. this place exceeded my expectations and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.
No negatives to mention, I would recommend this hotel to everyone.

The spacious room and the rooftop terrace with amazing views made the stay enjoyable. The peace and tranquility of the location was a great escape from the hustle and bustle of the city. The friendly staff made sure to attend to all my needs promptly.
The location was not ideal as it was far from the main attractions. The roads leading to the hotel were extremely bumpy and hard to navigate. Also, the lack of basic amenities such as drinkable water, basic toiletries, and kitchen supplies was a letdown. The overall cleanliness of the room and common areas left much to be desired.

The room was spacious and well-lit, offering a great view of the surrounding jungle. the rooftop terrace featured two beautiful swimming pools and comfortable seating with outstanding views. the staff went above and beyond to make sure that guests had a comfortable stay.
The hotel was located quite far from the beach area and central town, making travel more challenging. the lack of daily cleaning and limited kitchen equipment made for a less than ideal experience.
